- ➤ A $2 million ticket sold in New Hampshire matched five winning numbers and the Power Play but not the Powerball in Saturday’s drawing, and officials have not confirmed where it was sold. - ➤ State budget cuts reduced funding for UNH, Plymouth State, and Keene State Colleges by 17.6% and raised tuition rates while enrollments stayed flat or declined.
