- ➤ A New Hampshire Supreme Court ruling set a precedent that family caregivers can receive payment under Workers’ Comp when a doctor prescribes in-home care (only services a hired caregiver would provide) and proper records are kept. - ➤ Flu cases are rising in New Hampshire as holiday gatherings and cold weather drive more infections, and state epidemiologist Dr. Benjamin Chan says the flu vaccine still helps protect against severe illness even if it doesn't match circulating strains exactly. WMUR
