ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ A New Hampshire clean energy pilot that has helped dozens of towns has secured $3 million in federal funds (via the fiscal 2026 agriculture package) to expand nationwide. Sen. GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ Mercedes-Benz settled with dozens of states over a diesel emissions scandal after being accused of misstating its vehicles' pollution levels + New Hampshire received more than $360,000 from the nearly $150 million payout, as reported by the state Attorney General’s office in Manchester. WMUR
HEALTH NEWS
- ➤ Granite United Way awarded $378,723 in grants to 26 local organizations (from its first opioid abatement cycle that ran from Oct. 1 to Oct. 31, 2025) to fund prevention, treatment, harm reduction, recovery, and community building efforts. A new cycle will open on Jan. 2. Nashua Ink Link
