- ➤ Eversource volunteers joined Holiday Cards for our Military Challenge to send handwritten notes to deployed service members. The nonprofit aims to send 250,000 cards this season and already sorted over 20,000 cards in 2024 as it nears its 2 millionth card milestone—bringing comfort to our troops. WMUR
- ➤ In 1973, Nashua Lumber at 25 Marshall Street faced a heavy blaze that began with alarms at 6:14 a.m. and 6:21 a.m.—drawing off-duty firefighters and mutual aid to contain a fire that damaged the office and nearby buildings, while in 1976, crews fought a severe blaze at St. Louis De Gonzague Church on West Hollis St. that resulted in injuries and the loss of a nearby apartment building.
