Harbor Care will host its 22nd Annual free Thanksgiving Community Dinner from 11:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. on November 25 at the Harbor Care Health & Wellness Center in downtown Nashua — over 300 community members, including those facing homelessness and low incomes, will gather for a donated meal featuring roasted turkey, stuffing, and seasonal sides.

Drought conditions remain unchanged in New Hampshire despite recent rain showers, with severe drought in parts of Grafton, Carroll and Coos counties and moderate drought affecting Hillsborough and Cheshire.

Rainfall in Concord has been below average this November and more rain will be needed to ease the drought.

A bill is being drafted to offer a tax credit for local media ads—an effort to support local newspapers that will be reviewed by the Legislature next year—Rep. Kristine Perez said in an interview.
