- ➤ Three finalists to paint a 70-foot mural at Riverwalk and Renaissance Park in downtown Nashua will be narrowed down to one choice next week, with the city set to recommend the final candidate to Mayor Jim Donchess and the Board of Alderman. The mural—spanning heights from 5 to 30 feet—will celebrate Nashua's French-Canadian heritage and is expected to begin in the coming weeks. Nashua Ink Link
ECONOMY NEWS
- ➤ New Hampshire leaders will lead a trade mission in early September to rebuild ties with Canadian business representatives after tariffs led exports to fall 42.6% compared to last year. The mission will include a Sept. 8 bus tour from Littleton to Nova Scotia and an event in Quebec City with Gov. - ➤ Maura McCann of the NH Lottery explained that if someone wins the $1 billion Powerball jackpot, they should call the lottery office to follow steps for a cash payout of $453 million, with tickets available in stores and online until 9:48 p.m. tomorrow night (security measures are in place to prevent scams).
