  • Gov. Kelly Ayotte signed House Bill 701 yesterday to expand access to experimental treatments for rare and ultra-rare diseases—patients can now ask the Superior Court for help if their rights are violated, building on a law from 2016 by former Gov. Maggie Hassan.  WMUR
