- ➤ The New Hampshire Secretary of State’s Office has opened the 2025 'I Voted' sticker contest to all fourth- and fifth-grade students—entries must be hand-drawn pictures that capture New Hampshire and honor 250 Years of New Hampshire History. Students have until Oct. 14 to submit their work for judging on creativity and state focus. WMUR
- ➤ Three years after the state accreditation process began, about 50 police departments are engaged in improving their policies—up from 15 in June, with four departments already fully accredited. Derry Police Department received its accreditation in January and will seek CALEA certification next year using its set-aside funds. New Hampshire Bulletin
- ➤ Gov. Kelly Ayotte asked the attorney general to look into the $67 million sale of an empty warehouse at 80 Northwest Boulevard in Nashua to Nongfu Spring—a Chinese water packaging supplier—after the property was valued at only $15 million last year. The mayor said the state agency had helped bring the company to New Hampshire under the previous administration. WMUR
