- ➤ Volunteers with Common Man for Ukraine began their 13th trip on Saturday in Zakopane, Poland as part of a three-week trauma counseling retreat for Ukrainian children who have lost their fathers; they provided stuffed animals and solar lanterns to help during power outages. The group will lead a convoy on Monday to deliver food, sweets, solar lanterns and school kits to 10 Ukrainian villages — they have raised over $4 million to date. WMUR
CRIME NEWS
- ➤ Officials issued arrest warrants for a suspect who assaulted two dispatchers at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office around 3:45 p.m. Saturday—Goffstown police later located him using drone technology before a brief pursuit was canceled for safety concerns. WMUR
- ➤ Eric Lord, 54, was indicted on Aug 9th for robbing a TD Bank in New Ipswich when he dropped a note demanding $8,000 and had been on federal supervised release after a 2014 robbery of the same bank—he will appear later in federal court. WMUR
