EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ The U.S. Department of Education froze $6.8 billion in grants for English language learning and teacher development programs after it reviewed funding applications, and the freeze has affected Nashua, Manchester and Pelham schools. - ➤ New Hampshire will receive $4.5 million over the next 10 years from eight drug companies as part of a $720 million nationwide settlement for their role in the opioid crisis.
