- ➤ Michael Skelton, president and CEO of the Business & Industry Association, said the legislature worked on plans for housing, education and energy amid a tight budget. - ➤ A Salem man faces eight charges for trafficking cocaine, fentanyl and meth as 32-year-old Jose Beltre Castro is accused of selling drugs in three incidents in February and March and could face decades in prison and heavy fines if convicted — authorities said. WMUR

- ➤ On July 10th, 1917, a fire broke out in the basement of the Nashua Telegraph building, prompting a general alarm in a busy area and leading to the arrest of an inebriated individual who shouted orders at firefighters.
