- ➤ Lawmakers in New Hampshire are advancing House Bill 467, which would let towns set up social districts where customers can buy alcohol at bars and carry it outside, and the Senate has approved the bill as it now heads to Gov. Ayotte’s desk. A second proposal would let patrons take drinks into bar restrooms to help prevent drink tampering—though some industry groups warn it may lead to underage drinking.
