- ➤ As temperatures rise this week, Hooksett residents are checking their AC units — Nic Galatis and Shelby Averill replaced theirs Monday after a rough, sweaty night without cooling. - ➤ Austin, a 10-year-old football player, and his teammates collected donations yesterday to assemble chemo care kits for cancer patients at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Manchester. WMUR

- ➤ Nashua South’s Purple Panthers face off against Plymouth Regional Bobcats in the Granite State Challenge final on Thursday, May 21 at 8:30 p.m. on New Hampshire PBS & online, where local high school teams will test their academic skills. Nashua Ink Link
- ➤ Alvirne High School's Gateways Adult Day Center in Hudson brings students and seniors together daily for shared learning and fun (featuring pet care class visits and farm outings). - ➤ The Executive Council led by John Stephen is training Granite Staters in hands-only CPR to boost confidence during cardiac events.
