- ➤ On May 22, Fidelity employees will prep the garden beds for Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter’s 10th organic gardening season—8 to 10 volunteers will help tend the garden during the growing season as produce is expected to drop from recent storms and tariffs. The shelter said it serves up to 180 dinner guests and 800 families each month and plans to use the fresh produce for meals and the food pantry. Nashua Ink Link

- ➤ Rite Aid is filing for bankruptcy a second time and plans to sell off all its assets — including its 48 stores — as its CEO announced Monday that customers can still use in-store and online pharmacy services. WMUR

- ➤ A judge is deciding bail for John Burke, 19, of Hudson, who was accused of causing a fatal crash that killed a motorcyclist last Wednesday on Route 102 near Derry Road—Burke faces charges of manslaughter, negligent homicide, first-degree assault with a deadly weapon and driving under the influence while prosecutors plan to ask for at least $150,000 cash bail if released. - ➤ The NH Business Committee for the Arts voted to donate its remaining financial and physical assets (including funds, technology and office supplies) to Positive Street Art, a Nashua nonprofit that inspires urban art. The board said the gift supported mural projects as the organization ended its 41-year mission (linking business with art) before winding down its operations. Nashua Ink Link

- ➤ A Superior Court judge dismissed Volodymyr Zhukovskyy’s request to restore his driving privileges on New Hampshire roads Tuesday evening — his license had been suspended for seven years after a 2019 Randolph crash that killed seven motorcyclists, even though he was found not guilty on related charges. The decision may lead to further legal review as the case develops. WMUR
- ➤ City officials recommended Alicia Gregg as the first member of the Keefe Auditorium Commission on Monday as plans to update the auditorium with a new heating system, sprinkler system and bathrooms—costing about $25 million—move forward.
