  • Farmers in New Hampshire are facing rising diesel (over $5 per gallon), electricity, and fertilizer costs that are straining family-run farms; John Moulton said his 70-acre operation, which sells crops directly, must make tough choices while Sen.   • A former UNH hockey player underwent a groundbreaking robotic-assisted shoulder surgery performed by Dr. Thomas Fortney, marking a medical first.   • Operated by HCA Healthcare, Nashua ER, the city’s first freestanding emergency room, is set to open this summer at 338 Amherst St with 11 bays including a trauma bay (which will manage high-acuity cases) and will work alongside full-service hospitals while transferring patients who need extended care.  Nashua Ink Link
  • Bee stings usually cause minor pain and swelling but can lead to a severe allergic reaction with signs like trouble breathing, swelling of the face, and dizziness.
