ACCIDENTS NEWS
- ➤ One motorcyclist died after crashing into a telephone pole late Friday night near 36 Old Derry Road in Hudson—police said the rider, who was not wearing a helmet, died at the scene despite lifesaving measures. WMUR
- ➤ Pelham police said Thursday that a van crossed a double yellow line and hit a car head-on on Dutton Road at 6:20 p.m., leaving one driver with serious injuries, and later an officer trying to stop an erratically driven vehicle on Keyes Hill Road saw it lose control and roll over several times—trapping a 20-year-old driver from Litchfield and a dog before both were rescued and taken to hospital. - ➤ Concord Coach Lines announced it will resume its (Plus service) direct from Concord to New York City with an extra stop in Nashua. The service, paused during the pandemic, will soon offer a new travel option for local commuters. New Hampshire Union Leader

- ➤ Zachary Conway was convicted of negligent homicide after he left a 15-month-old girl to drown in a bathtub in Manchester in October 2019 (he was under the influence and fell asleep) and he will be sentenced on June 25. WMUR

- ➤ The Nackey S. Loeb School of Communications is accepting registration for spring classes in May that will cover topics such as First Amendment and right-to-know freedoms, personal writing, Canva basics, misinformation and AI—courses that will help students gain essential communications skills—and interested individuals can sign up soon.
