- ➤ On a Sunday morning in March, many New England pinball fans gathered at Funspot in Laconia to compete in the New England Pinball League finals where 192 players played for cash prizes and bragging rights. The event showed a strong comeback for classic pinball machines—league play now takes place at arcades, brewpubs and home clubs—and the sport is growing about 20% each year. WMUR
EDUCATION NEWS
- ➤ On Monday morning, 900 second-grade students from Nashua public schools took a free field trip to the Pete the Cat musical at the Nashua Center of the Arts arranged by Nashua Community Arts with help from Spectacle Live—funds were raised at a charity gala last summer.
