  • Happy Shrimp, a 5-year-old Labrador mix rescued from severe neglect in Mississippi, is looking for a safe home in New Hampshire with the help of Motley Mutts Rescue in Hooksett; he is calm, loves belly rubs & would do well with a patient family.  WMUR
  • The New Hampshire SPCA held its annual Shelter Slumber Pawty on Saturday in Stratham where 15 pre-registered volunteers spent 24 hours with shelter animals and raised over $50,000. The funds will go to shelter—medical care and food for neglected and abused animals.  WMUR

ACCIDENTS NEWS

  • Firefighters battled a multi-alarm fire at an apartment building at 27 Cross Street in Hudson on Sunday night—most of the blaze was under control as crews checked for hotspots and advised the public to avoid the area.  WMUR

  • The New Hampshire Supreme Court denied Armando Barron’s request for a new trial after he was convicted in 2020 for torturing and killing Jonathan Amerault at a park in Rindge—Amerault was later found in Errol.  WMUR
