- ➤ Local bride Chelsea Hermann found her late father's 1937 Ford (a cherished relic) after a search that began over 20 years ago at his funeral. Relatives of the anonymous Florida owner contacted her after WMUR aired the story, and she plans to include the car in her wedding day. WMUR
- ➤ Bethlehem native Renee Blacken reached Antigua earlier this week after rowing 3,200 miles across the Atlantic in 65 days, 2 hours and 51 minutes. She began her solo journey in January without motor, sail or food resupply (supporting Outdoor Adventuring for Good). WMUR

- ➤ Chef Amanda Velazquez, a 2026 Steel Chef competitor, runs Harper's Eden Catering in Derry in honor of her daughter who died on her birthday in September. - ➤ The NH Department of Fish and Game announced plans to install wildlife underpasses (culverts and tunnels) at roadkill hotspots in Keene, Newmarket, and Nottingham using a grant from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundation to reduce reptile and amphibian deaths during seasonal migration. - ➤ On Tuesday, a Nashua court ordered 41-year-old Nearro Forbes (spotted at a local warming shelter in March) to isolate for 30 days and take daily medication since he still shows active tuberculosis symptoms despite earlier missed orders; failing to comply may lead to legal sanctions. WMUR
