- ➤ The YMCA of Greater Nashua is set for a leadership change as CEO Mike LaChance retires in August and COO Joe Manzoli takes over. - ➤ State officials say the Medicaid premium system for enrollees at or above 100% of the federal poverty level may conflict with a federal cost-sharing cap of $35 per service starting in October 2028.
